3. No paid placements

- Provide accurate information in the profiler to get relevant recommendations
- Not misuse the service, scrape it at scale, or attempt to breach its security
- Not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity
5. Intellectual property
All original content on this site — including articles, the scoring methodology, generated card illustrations, and site design — is owned by Devchandra Sah, operating as CardAdvisor, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
Third-party brand names, logos, and card names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. CardAdvisor is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card issuer or payment network.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CardAdvisor and Devchandra Sah are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on information on this site, including but not limited to financial losses from card application decisions.
